Thc characteristic lesions in the liver were focal necrosis in 9 aborted fetuses anci granulomatot]s necrotic foci in the newborn ca]f, Moderate numbers of intranuclcar inclusion bodies werc found in necrotic foci of the]iver, spleen, thymus, ]ymph nodes, adrenal gland, kidney, ]ung and ferestomach.
